Completes duties as assigned. Sterilize instruments and equipment using the autoclave. Accuracy in sterilization and documentation as per MMC policy. Order and maintain medications and supplies to par level for site/s. Ensure exam rooms are appropriately, cleaned and stocked each session between patients. Practice is properly stocked and exam rooms remain clean and stocked with supplies every session and between patients as required. Collect and properly label specimens as per MMC policy. Maintain specimen (blood, biopsy) logbooks and report abnormal results to MD. Accurate labeling and documentation of specimens required. Zero tolerance for error. Greet and direct patients to exam room. Complete vitals and all other clinical duties directed from provider or RN. Patients triaged and roomed within 10 to 15 minutes of arrival to practice. Qualifications High School. 1-3 years. Effective English communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal. Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval system.
