Work Experience: Minimum 1 year as an LVN (6 months home care preferred). Certifications/Licenses: California Licensed Vocational Nurse required upon hire; Infusion and Venipuncture Certification required; National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required upon request. Physical Demands and Work Environment: The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions.
