JOB PURPOSE: Conducting initial assessments and reassessments for members/clients for the elderly and disabled waiver program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follows established safety regulations, to include fire protection & prevention, smoking regulations, and infection control and prevention. 12.
