Wellness Nurse – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Type: Part-Time Schedules Available: 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm (weekend and shift differential offered) Position Summary: Join the compassionate team at Spring Hills Mount Vernon as a Wellness Nurse (LPN) in our Resident Care Department! Key Responsibilities: Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to state and company guidelines. Provide health consultations, effectively communicating any changes in residents’ health to physicians and families. Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with departmental standards. Collaborate closely with all departments to continuously enhance resident care and experiences. Conduct thorough resident assessments as required, upholding confidentiality standards. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is preferred. Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Virginia. BLS and CPR certification required.
