In-service and continuing education: Attend orientation and in-service as required by the state. Completes all required on-line education as deemed necessary by the state and the facility. Resident Rights and relationships: Understands, complies with, and promotes all rules regarding residents’ rights. Promotes positive relationships with residents, visitors and government regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance and attitude. Other Job Functions: Support Function : Assist in admission, transfer and discharge of residents. Staff Development: Attend and participate in training, educational activities and staff meetings; assist with orientation and training other staff.
