What You'll Do As a Caregiver or CNA , you'll make a meaningful difference every day by helping residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Responsibilities include: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining assistance. Provide compassionate, person-centered care for seniors living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related conditions . Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Build trusting relationships with residents and their families. Observe and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition. Follow individualized care plans while maintaining resident dignity and independence. Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
