Job Summary This position serves to provide productive learning experiences for the new graduate nurse after the acquisition of the Arizona Registered Nurse. Essential Functions - Participates with other disciplines in the planning, implementation, evaluation and modification of nursing care and gives direct nursing care. - Performs nursing procedures following Tiered Nursing Orientation and competency checklists for which competency has been established and signed off.
