We have ambulatory practices at UHhealth Towers, UMHC Crohns and colitis Center, Kendall, Lennar, Doral, Sole Mia, Boca, Plantation, Deerfield sites. For Inpatient rotations, APP will round both independently and collaboratively on Hepatology Inpatient Service at University of Miami hospital no later than 8 am and have proper sign-out of patients with fellows at the end of the day and prior to weekends. Recognizes deviations from normal in the physical assessment. Works in collaboration with a physician in formulating treatment plans for health problems and follow-up. Writes prescriptions for medication, blood products based upon laboratory results, routine diagnostic and follow-up studies, therapeutic measures, and post-discharge care in accordance with written practice protocols.
