Develop individualized treatment plans and evidence-based care strategies. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines. Qualifications Required Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current New Hampshire APRN license.
