Patient Education Educate patients and their families about breast health, surgical options, and recovery processes, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their care journey. Documentation Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record system. Team Collaboration Work effectively with the surgical team, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Quality Improvement Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and ongoing professional development. Education Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA).
