THE ROLE We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve as a lead clinical provider at our Woodbury location. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including RF microneedling (SkinStylus), PHYSIQ 360 body contouring, dermal fillers, neurotoxins, PRP, and laser treatments Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision for RN and support staff within scope of practice requirements Coordinate with the Medical Director on standing orders, protocols, and clinical standards Administer peptide therapies, GLP-1 weight management treatments, and IV hydration Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records Educate patients on treatment options, realistic expectations, and post-procedure care Contribute to clinical protocol development and quality improvement QUALIFICATIONS Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license (FNP, ANP, or AGNP) Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine or dermatology Proficiency with injectable treatments (fillers, neurotoxins) and energy-based devices Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and aesthetic principles Experience with or willingness to train on RF microneedling and body contouring devices Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient rapport DEA license (or ability to obtain) SCHEDULE Full-time. Communicate effectively with patients, family, the medical power of attorney, primary care provider and all individuals involved in the patient’s care. Identify and proactively solve problems.
