Job Description The Onboarding Specialist is an experienced registered nurse, who works with newly hired nurses through their clinical orientation to facilitate and evaluate learning. They will partner to foster safe, competent practice as well as strengthen confidence in the clinical arena while building and facilitating a trusting relationship with teammates, physicians, patients, and families.
