Overview North Harbor specializes in acute inpatient psychiatric treatment and care. North Harbor is located on the North end of our Northport campus. We offer a safe and secure program for adult and geriatric patients. Our adult program serves men and women ages 18 and older who are experiencing symptoms that require 24 hour acute inpatient psychiatric treatment and care. Our geriatric program is a short-term acute care unit for patients experiencing symptoms that require close monitoring by a multi-disciplinary team. Patients are seen daily by a psychiatrist as well as other mental health professionals.
