Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RN): Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in OH At least 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused. Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress. Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care. Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards. Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
