Demonstrate via documentation: correlation between POC, Physician’s orders, and nursing notes. Coordinates patient care accordingly. Receives patient care assignment and contact patient to establish visit time. Coordinates medications and equipment ordered for the patient. Verify that all supplies, medication/pumps etc. are as ordered by physician.
