Assess and manage surgical, arterial, venous, and other complex wounds. Ensure all treatments, changes, and follow‑up needs are documented thoroughly. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on wound care procedures and expectations. Demonstrate wound care techniques to caregivers to support staff competency. Communicate with the interdisciplinary team to support coordinated care. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; graduate of an accredited RN program required. Current, active RN license. Peripheral IV certification. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience required. Experience with geriatrics or subacute populations preferred.
