Overview The Head Nurse Manager is accountable for the supervision of nursing services within an assigned unit in order to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care. Responsibilities Supervises the department in an efficient manner by planning, organizing and controlling all activities of the department. Scrubbing experience preferred. Must be available and able to meet the 30-minute call requirement. Overview The Clinical Nurse Manger (CNM) is a direct supervisory leadership role and a key member of the Nursing leadership team. Required Licenses and Certifications Current licensure to practice nursing in Kentucky or West Virginia, based on the employee's legal state of residence.
