Job Summary Serves as an integral part of the nursing management team. Provides clinical and administrative direction on assigned shift. Ensures that the goals and objectives of the Hospital and the Nursing Department are carried out. Serves as an administrative and clinical resource to the nursing staff and as an administrative resource to other departments in the absence of their department head.
