Job Summary and Qualifications Participates in the operations and activities of the nursing unit, staff development and the accomplishment of departmental responsibilities in accordance with corporate, hospital, department and safety policies and procedures to meet company and regulatory requirements. Provides high-quality patient care by acting as a liaison with patients and their representatives, physicians and employees and maintaining the efficient operation of the department.
