RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include: Supervise all nursing care in the facility Assess residents as needed Document in residents medical record as needed Admit/readmit residents Ensure that a safe environment is maintained Assist unit nurses as needed Interact with facility physicians as needed Any other tasks as assigned by the DNS RN Supervisor Qualifications/Requirements: Current NYS RN (Registered Nurse) license. Experience preferred. Working knowledge of EMR and proficient in documentation. Current CPR certification. Must be a compassionate and reliable team player.
