ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Clinical Operations: Dynamic Resource Allocation: Real-time deployment of nursing staff across 134 beds (66 OB + 68 NICU) based on fluctuating census and acuity, ensuring appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios for both stable and critical patients. Clinical Crisis Response: Immediate response to obstetric and neonatal emergencies, neonatal resuscitations, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Bi-Campus Coordination: Facilitate patient transfers, float staff between campuses, and ensure equitable resource distribution across both facilities. Patient Flow Management: Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges to optimize bed utilization while maintaining quality and safety standards.
