Triage complaints during sick calls and determine appropriate clinical action or provider referral. Monitor and manage high-risk patients, including those under detox protocols, suicide watch, or other observation categories. Respond to in-clinic emergencies, delivering ACLS/BLS care and coordinating further treatment when necessary. Enforce infection control standards, including sanitation practices, PPE compliance, and isolation protocols. Document patient refusals of care, medication, or observation and escalate concerns when necessary. Participate in suicide watch procedures, including direct monitoring, timely documentation, and mental health referrals. Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree in Nursing is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred. Current, active RN licensure in good standing in the state of FL or a compact license. Current BLS certification at the medical provider level, with the ability to deliver appropriate patient care in urgent or emergent situations while awaiting EMS.
