We have positions open on the evening shifts - Monday through Friday (with no weekend requirement). These are 13 week temporary assignment positions that may be extended up to six months with rates starting at $55 per hour plus differentials. Peachford Hospital specializes in the treatment of behavioral health and addictive disease disorders for children, adolescent, adults and seniors and has been providing exceptional care since 1973. Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks: Assess patients through a systematic process of interacting with the patient, the patient’s significant others, and the appropriate health care providers. Administer medications in a safe, accurate, and timely manner Collect and analyze data regarding the patient’s physical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational, and anticipated discharge planning needs. Develop a comprehensive outline of care and specific goals and interventions to be included in treatment planning. Prepare interdisciplinary treatment plans for assigned patients and monitor patient’s progress toward meeting treatment plan objectives. Monitor patients progress while following nursing protocols.
