Provides structured, treatment team meetings daily, with all detox staff on duty to review progress, concerns and changes in treatment, in conjunction with Chief Medical Officer Provides direct supervision of medical and housekeeping staff, including interviewing, hiring and scheduled performance evaluations. Monitors compliance with logging, documentation, tracking and reporting per detox/residential treatment regulations and requirements through DHHS, JC and private insurance.
