What You’ll Do Day-to-Day As an Ageless RN, you’ll be a key member of our clinical team, providing direct, hands-on patient care in a comfortable outpatient setting. You’ll build lasting relationships with patients while supporting their long-term wellness goals. Daily responsibilities include: Performing patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, and documenting care in the EMR. Performing hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections. Administering and monitoring testosterone and other wellness treatments. Tracking patient outcomes and communicating progress with medical providers. Educating patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to optimize results. Oceans Healthcare will expand behavioral health services in Jackson. Oceans Behavioral Hospital of Jackson, a 77-bed facility will expand inpatient capacity for adult and senior behavioral health patients and add new services, including an intensive outpatient program. The freestanding hospital will be located on the St. Dominic's campus. The Director, Nursing is responsible for upholding the standards of nursing care as established by the Nurse Practice Act, Psychiatric Standards of Nursing, policy and procedures, and all other external governing and credentialing bodies. The Director of Nursing directs the staff and operation of the Nursing Department at all facility locations; coordinates, plans and manages nursing activities; formulates nursing program goals and objectives; manages nursing positions; evaluates staff; assists in the management of the nursing budget; maintains contacts with individuals both within and outside of the department who might impact on program activities; participates in recruitment and retention programs; determines the quality of nursing care; participates in performance improvement programs; collaborates with clinical instructors for educational programs; represents the Nursing Department in professional and/or community organizations; demonstrates age specific and cultural sensitivity.
