Lead Registered Nurse Assisted Living Program (ALP) / LHCSA Position Overview The Lead RN is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, resident assessments, regulatory compliance, and nursing coordination within the Assisted Living Program (ALP) and Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This role ensures high-quality resident care, accurate documentation, staff oversight, and compliance with Department of Health (DOH) and organizational standards.
