A Brief Overview Case Managers are licensed nursing professionals responsible for coordinating continuum of care and discharge planning activities for a caseload of assigned patients. Qualifications Education : Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management.
