Job Summary Treat actual or potential health problems using the nursing diagnosis and case management. Teach, counsel and provide supportive care to the patient and their significant others Essential Functions Interviews patient (if possible) and/or family to obtain required history and make an accurate assessment. Assigns a triage priority based on observations and available information. Initiates diagnostic and therapeutic measures as indicated by standing protocols.
