The Infusion Nurse under the direction of the Attending Physician or a licensed independent Practitioner provides technically complex and high-risk nursing care services to patients including intravenous infusions, and injections for both chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy medications. Qualifications: ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy card within 3 months of hire. Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN degree or higher preferred. Associate Degree Nurses are required to enroll in a BSN program within six (6) to nine (9) months of hire, and make progress toward and complete their BSN degree within 30 months. ADN nurses receive 100% tuition reimbursement towards a BSN degree from an accredited program. OCN preferred Experience working in a research environment Chemotherapy experience preferred License/Certifications: Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Indiana.
