This role also includes the delivery of direct skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary home health team, the Admission Nurse ensures high‑quality, patient‑centered care under the guidance and supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Skilled Nursing Care Provide skilled nursing services and comprehensive clinical assessments in the home setting.
