Collects data for unit(s) chart reviews, assessment of compliance with nurse sensitive indicators, HAIs and other patient safety goals metrics as assigned 4. Fosters a fair and open culture that encourages error and near-miss occurrence reporting. 5. Participates in interdisciplinary quality improvement teams using the principles of high reliability. 6. Reviews unit progress, changes and compliance with quality and safety metrics with clinical nurses and other members of the healthcare team. 7.
