Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced primary care environment. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, coordinate care, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and promote positive health outcomes. Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing professional development. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; may be required for certain clinical assignments. Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience within the past three (3) years. Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, medical-surgical, emergency department, telemetry, or critical care preferred. Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and critical thinking skills. Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
