Responsibilities The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who assumes administrative responsibility for the management of all department service functions on his/her shift. Makes frequent rounds throughout facility to monitor the delivery of care, oversee the quality of services and direct patient care activities as needed. Monitor financial, operational, and clinical performance indicators to achieve quality, growth, productivity, and budget goals. Build strong relationships with community partners, professional organizations, and regulatory agencies to support organizational initiatives and promote Elara Caring's mission. Communicate effectively with employees, patients, referral partners, and leadership while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory home care and administrative experience required. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, policies, and procedures preferred. Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements for HCBS/PCS. Experience in incident management, investigations, and regulatory compliance. Licensure/Certification (Required): Registered Nurse Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable personal transportation to perform job duties. You will report to the Clinical Administrator or Regional Vice President.
