The New Graduate Program is intended to support the new graduate nurse in making the transition from student to competent clinical practitioner. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Education:Graduate of accredited School of Nursingrequired; BSN preferred. License/Certifications:Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurserequired. Current BLS certificationrequiredor must obtain within30 daysof start date.
