Our Pediatric Specialty Care Infectious Disease Travel Clinic and Nephrology Divisions are looking for a knowledgeable, caring and motivated RN to join our dynamic and growing clinics that provide care to pediatric patients from Maine and New Hampshire. This is a unique position that will be split between two divisions. The schedule is Monday-Thursday's 8a-4:30p. Pediatric nephrology evaluates and treats infants, children, and adolescents with a wide range of kidney problems and kidney diseases. This RN would also be providing treatment to children requiring transplantation and post transplant treatment. Pediatric Infectious Disease nurses provide expert care to children with or exposed to infectious diseases and provides vaccine administration to pediatric patients who are traveling outside the US and require travel vaccinations. Position Summary The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric nursing. Preferred knowledge and experience in infectious diseases and nephrology related disorders/ diseases. A compassionate, patient-focused approach is essential for this role. Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care for pediatricpatients and their families. Administering prescribed vaccinations and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
