Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor Cliveden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides quality long-term and short-term care to our diverse population of Residents. Job Duties Make compliance rounds on units at beginning and at end of shift and provides / receives written 24-hour facility report. Performs physical assessment (or gathers appropriate data) of new admissions and current residents as indicated by change in condition or as required by regulation. Trains and develops staff by conducting skills observations of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) identifying learning needs and taking advantage of opportunities to teach on the unit. Reports information to DON/Unit Managers as part of staff performance evaluations. Assists DON/ADON with preparation for long-term care survey. Attends survey training, interacts with state surveyors as instructed by supervisor. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Staffing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
