Overview REGISTERED NURSE RESIDENCY PROGRAM WINTER 2026 Stepdown The RN Residency Program is designed for the soon-to-be or newly licensed or an RN with less than one year of experience. The CCU is supported by an intensivist‑led physician team that provides progressive, research‑driven, and highly engaged clinical partnership.
