Develops appropriate education and communication plans with the orthopedic interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and meet program initiatives. Partners with our physicians directly involved in our orthopedic program to improve efficiency, meet program requirements and improve outcomes. Facilitates problem resolution, process improvement and communication flow. Reports to the Orthopedic Program Supervisor. Qualifications Education: - Associate�s Degree (required) - Bachelor�s Degree (preferred) - Master�s Degree (preferred) Licensure/Certification/Registration: - Florida Registered Nurse License (required) - BLS Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. - Special Skills/Qualifications: Effective Communication across multiple disciplines, Relationship Building, Self-Motivated, Strong Organizational Skills - Project Management, Clinical exposure/experience with program patients. Experience with Education, Quality, Disease Management Certification, or Management Experience preferred. - Experience: 2 years clinical service line experience in at least one area of specialty preferred.
