Wage Range: $95,513.60 - $152,734.40 per year Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Job Summary: Provides integrated operational and clinical leadership for designated Musculoskeletal (MSK) medical clinics including Evergreen Sport and Spine, Interventional Spine Care, and other assigned clinics. This role ensures the seamless integration of business operations with clinical excellence. Primary Duties: Provides oversight of clinic nurses and support staff to ensure patient care aligns with established standards. Implements and monitors clinic care protocols, medication management, and health maintenance updates. Develops and implements efficient office management systems that address the needs of both the patients and the organization. Ensures the timeliness, accuracy, and security of the patient medical record; audits electronic medical record (EMR) to maintain data standards. Ensures appropriate and adequate clinical and administrative staffing levels to meet daily operational needs. Continually evaluates patient flow and provides intervention to facilitate patient care in an optimal timeline. Anticipates problems and obstacles in clinic settings and applies appropriate problem-solving skills to prevent or reduce delay in patient care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care in a collaborative manner with the patient and patient’s family, significant other and members of the care team. Actively monitors monthly and annual budgeted expenses. Assists the department leadership in developing revenue, expense and capital budgets within organizational guidelines. Addresses billing and coding issues in collaborative with the department leadership to ensure financial accuracy. Oversees medical supply procurement, medication reconciliation, and inventory checklists. Ensures the office and personnel are in compliance with EvergreenHealth policies. Ensures operation is in regulatory compliance with all governing agencies or bodies (DNV/JCAHO, OSHA, Medicare, HIPAA etc.). Manages all employment aspects of clinical and operational personnel, including hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and staff departure. Collaborates with Medical Director regarding mid-level practitioners and physicians. Responsible for completing yearly performances evaluations and clinical staff competencies. Collaborates with Clinical QI and Informatics specialists to design, implement, and monitor quality projects and data collection. Completes timely reports for quality control audits and JCAHO and DNV compliance metrics to ensure best practice standards. Leads the investigation of SafelinQ events, providing feedback to staff and clinic leadership. Effectively communicates all relevant information regarding safety, equipment, and quality issues to department leadership. Maintains clinical proficiency to perform clinical duties (e.g., vitals, EMR intake, procedural cases, medication administration, patient monitoring and assessment) to support the team as needed. Performs other duties assigned. License, Certification, Education or Experience: REQUIRED for the position: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington 3 years of clinical nursing experience Current Healthcare Provider BLS – American Heart Association Current Healthcare Provider ACLS – American Heart Association DESIRED for the position: Previous lead and/or supervisory experience Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory setting, specifically within Musculoskeletal or similar procedural specialties.
