Primary Duties: Provides oversight of clinic nurses and support staff to ensure patient care aligns with established standards. Implements and monitors clinic care protocols, medication management, and health maintenance updates. Develops and implements efficient office management systems that address the needs of both the patients and the organization. Ensures the timeliness, accuracy, and security of the patient medical record; audits electronic medical record (EMR) to maintain data standards.
