Uses standard precautions. Encourages resident to talk about their interests and concerns and to reminisce about subjects that provide resident with satisfaction. Participates in interdisciplinary care conference when able. Observes and reports to nurse resident’s physical condition, behavior, reactions and appetite and any changes from usual.
