OR Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current active Georgia license. Must possess appropriate certification and degree from a United States Institution of Higher Education. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the States of Georgia prior to beginning employment. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least two years’ experience in a clinic setting preferred Experience as a surgical first assist may be required depending on specialty Current CPR certificate For NPs current Georgia RN license and approval to practice as Nurse Practitioner For PAs current Georgia license and approval to practice as a Physician Assistant Computer literacy and proficient with EHR required

Position Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), physician, or other licensed healthcare provider. The LPN is responsible for delivering basic nursing care, supporting patients’ daily needs, monitoring health conditions, and promoting comfort and safety in accordance with the scope of practice, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: The LPN is accountable for assisting in the planning and delivery of care to meet each patient’s physical and emotional needs. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and injections, performing basic wound care, assisting with activities of daily living, and documenting patient care accurately in medical records. The LPN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to report changes in condition, implement care plans, and ensure patients receive timely and effective treatment. In addition to direct care, the LPN provides patient and family education, reinforces health teaching, and supports emotional well-being. The LPN helps maintain a clean and safe environment, follows infection control protocols, and contributes to overall quality improvement efforts. Qualifications: Candidates must hold a current and valid Practical Nursing license, along with graduation from an accredited LPN program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. RN Position Purpose: This position will serve in the role of RN Night Supervisor and is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes safety and well-being of all patients. Makes staff assignments as directed when serving in a Charge Nurse Role. Gives guidance and direction to personnel - LPNs, CNAs and non-licensed personnel, provides direct patient care, assists in new staff orientation and collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs. Assist in coordinating the operation of a shift on the nursing unit. This should be performed under the direction of the Director of Nursing and in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Previous supervisory/management experience preferred. Requirements: Education - Associate Degree in Nursing minimum; or Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing Licenses/Certificates - Registered and Licensed by the State of Georgia. Certification in CPR (within 60 days of hire) and ACLS (and PALS if Charge Nurse) current or enrolls in class and completes within 90 days. Job Description: Surgical Tech Student This position is responsible for performing surgical tech/central sterile tech tasks and related tech service duties under the direction of the OR Manager and/or Circulating Nurse. Duties include, but are not limited to: preparing OR rooms with instruments, sutures and other supplies and equipment, performs as a scrub tech according to procedure standards, assists in needle, sponge and instrument counts with RN.
