Responsibilities are further defined by the contract between NCKH and University Health TMC Behavioral Health division. Provides leadership direction to inpatient clinical departments and program managers, and ensures effective and efficient operation of patient and client services. In partnership with NKC Hospital, manages the department budget. Has responsibilities for integrated care in the medical hospital setting. Provides oversight in direct care to staff delivering mental health and mental wellness as needed. Minimum Requirements 1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 2.
