Measures and records intake and output. Weighs patients with the appropriate scale as directed by the licensed nurse. Applies anti-embolic stockings. Assists with post-mortem care. 3. Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital 150 Flanders Road Westborough, MA 01581 Generous shift differentials $8 to $15 per hour. Per diem requires minimum of 1 year hospital or similar experience.
