We are seeking an experienced and driven Traveling Director of Nursing (DON) to support and strengthen our facilities statewide. Position Summary: The Traveling Director of Nursing (RN) will play a critical leadership role across multiple skilled nursing facilities throughout Ohio. This individual will step in as acting DON when needed, provide operational and clinical guidance, and mentor nursing staff to develop future Directors of Nursing within our organization.
