Our Assisted Living Memory Care unit is designed to provide a secure, engaging, and supportive environment tailored specifically to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory challenges. The Role We are seeking heart-led, patient, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) to join our Memory Care caregiving team. In this role, you are the heart and soul of our residents' daily lives. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with daily activities, and offer gentle encouragement and companionship tailored to residents living with cognitive impairments. If you have a passion for dementia care and love bringing comfort, dignity, and smiles to seniors, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities Direct Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and dining, with high dignity, patience, and care. Specialized Memory Support: Implement specialized dementia-care techniques to create a calm, structured, and safe environment; assist with redirection and gentle crisis de-escalation as needed.
