Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Sparta, North Carolina Facility: Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift) Job Summary Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing environment while supporting overall clinical outcomes and quality of life for residents. What You'll Do Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document accurately; report adverse reactions per policy. Provide bedside care for a wide range of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases. Monitor and adjust specialized equipment; interpret and record electronic displays. Initiate corrective action promptly when a patient displays adverse symptoms. Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed. Educate patients on surgical procedures and ongoing care. Record all medical information, vital signs, and care notes concisely, accurately, and on time. Participate actively in discharge planning.
