Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Bellevue, Washington and contribute to delivering high-quality infusion and healthcare services. The LVN will play a vital role in patient assessment, medication administration, and supporting clinical operations, ensuring each patient receives safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation: $30-$38/hr DOE Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following established protocols while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and sterile techniques. Monitor patients during treatments for adverse reactions or complications, particularly in infusion therapy settings involving complex conditions like autoimmune disorders or Alzheimer's care. Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization, venipuncture, tube feeding, and wound suturing under the supervision of healthcare providers. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans focused on patient safety and comfort. Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient care activities, medication administration records, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, medication management, and post-care instructions. Experience Valid LPN license with current certification to practice in the respective state. IV Certified (Required) Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing, long-term care, or hospital settings such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in dementia/memory care environments is highly desirable. Background in administering IV infusions, injections, and managing acute pain or infectious disease cases. Familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/10), medical terminology, and documentation standards for compliance purposes. Prior exposure to hospice care, home & community care settings, or outpatient clinics is advantageous. The Infusion for Health Nurse Practitioner Manager will play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care within multiple ambulatory infusion centers. This leadership position will be responsible for managing a diverse team, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Mixologists, in delivering high-quality specialty infusions and injections to patients. This role is responsible for clinical oversite, recruiting & managing staff members, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and optimizing workflows. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and strong organizational skills to support the success of the teams managed. In this role you will be covering our clinics in Southern California, with consistent travel throughout all clinics. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Leadership: Engages in remote and in-person supervision in collaboration with the Medical Director, including virtual case discussions, care-plan development, escalated patient issues & reactions, review of infusion protocols, and documentation audits. Ensure that clinical protocols are being followed, and patient safety is prioritized. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring individualized, evidenced-based care. Review and sign off on treatment notes and patient documentation for accuracy and compliance. Occasionally provide direct patient care when required to ensure patient care needs are met or to demonstrate clinical skills for staff.
