Wound care procedures: Perform wound care duties such as cleaning, debriding (removing dead tissue), and applying dressings, while ensuring sterile techniques are used. Monitoring and documentation: Monitor patient progress and document all care provided. This includes documenting for reimbursement purposes, such as Medicare.
