What You'll Do As a Caregiver or CNA , you'll make a meaningful difference every day by helping residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Responsibilities include: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining assistance. Provide compassionate, person-centered care for seniors living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related conditions . Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being. Build trusting relationships with residents and their families. Observe and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition. Follow individualized care plans while maintaining resident dignity and independence. Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Wellness Director Responsibilities The Wellness Director / Resident Care Director leads the clinical department and ensures residents receive the highest level of care and service. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing clinical operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care Conducting initial and ongoing resident assessments Developing and monitoring individualized care plans Managing the medication administration program Supervising and mentoring CNAs, QMAPs, and caregiving staff Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and outside providers Leading resident care conferences with families Ensuring state regulatory compliance and documentation standards Partnering with the Executive Director to improve resident outcomes and team performance Schedule Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Some on-call responsibilities required.
