A Brief Overview The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) is responsible for leading the shift operations within the clinical setting to ensure delivery of high-quality care, exceptional customer experience, and optimal patient flow. The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) is responsible for leading the shift operations within the clinical setting to ensure delivery of high-quality care, exceptional customer experience, and optimal patient flow.
