Description In this role, you will oversee all nursing and clinical services for the practice, combining hands-on patient care with leadership and operational responsibility. You will provide direct nursing care while coordinating clinic operations, managing patient flow, and supervising nursing and supplemental staff to ensure safe, high-quality care. You will work closely with faculty, residents, patients, and multidisciplinary teams to support efficient clinic operations and maximize the patient experience. Responsibilities include assigning and coordinating staff duties in accordance with established protocols, policies, and procedures. Administrative oversight is a key component of this role and includes supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, and adjusting daily staffing to meet operational needs. You will lead performance evaluations, maintain annual staff competencies, and provide training and onboarding for new and existing team members. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the Quality Assurance process, reviewing staff timesheets for accuracy, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance and readiness of the practice. Salary range: $37.60-$78.35/hourly
Description Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, and in coordination with the Clinical Director and the Practice Manager, incumbent will follow up patient appointments, complete demographics, referral forms, on-line transactions including appointment and procedure scheduling using the CareConnect System. Explain billing procedures and insurance requirements. In this position, you will participate in providing patient care in the ambulatory setting, recognizing normal and abnormal signs and symptoms and providing support during life threatening emergencies. You will perform basic administrative, clerical and technical supportive services as needed.
